Advanced Procurement Process
We use a direct-from-farm procurement process so that you get unaltered & unadulterated rice grain, which is GMO-free. The grain after being farmed are loaded on specially customized loading trucks which protect the paddy from all kind of weather conditions and deliver it to the milling factories.
Advanced Testing Laboratories
The paddy sample after being delivered to the milling facility is tested by the paddy lab technicians to ensure the quality of the rice. The paddy is selected based on the moisture content, color, chalky, admixture, etc. Any kind of paddy which is unsuitable for milling the grain to basmati rice is rejected on the spot.
Aged to Perfect Grains of Rice
After drying the paddy to level the moisture content, it is stored in temperature-controlled silos for 2 years. This enhances the quality of the basmati rice so that when cooked you get a fluffy and non-sticky texture.
Advanced Milling Technology
The paddy from the Silos after being aged for two years goes through a 20-step process of rigorous milling, which gives you 100% sortex cleaned rice, free of any discolored rice grain.
Rice is packed in PP bags which are filled with nitrogen gas, preserving the rice for a long period of time in its freshness. When cooked, basmati rice will give you an enchanting aroma and exhilarating taste.
